X-Shot® super large injection size technology adopts a two-stage extrusion plasticizing injection mechanism to realize super large capacity injection molding. Two or four injection cylinders operate synchronously to generate super large injection pressure, which is suitable for molding thick-walled products.

High efficiency: The screw length-diameter ratio is increased to 33:1 or 35:1, which makes the raw material plasticizing faster and production more efficient;
