Tederic realizes the automatic production of the filter plate, with a max. Injection shot volume of 500kg, which realizes the one-time efficient molding of the filter plate, shortening the production cycle and processing difficulty.

The traditional "extrusion-compression" process (two-step) is upgraded to the "injection-compression" (one-step) process to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity;
It can be flexibly matched with horizontal hydraulic injection molding machines and vertical die-casting machines.
Large-capacity J type plasticizing unit and Hydraulic motor plasticizing ensure large-capacity material storage and good plasticizing.
High plasticizing and high mixing screw, with an LD ratio of 1:33 or 1:35, achieves a good color mixing effect;
The enlarged machine power system improves machine work efficiency significantly;
