Tederic has been deeply engaged in the overseas market for many years. Since its establishment in 2003, it has started the overseas market layout. A total of 3 open days were held in subsidiaries in Brazil, Germany, and Portugal. 02 Product research and development
NEO•M multi-component injection molding machine
Tederic NEO·M series multi-component injection molding machines have been used in super-large machines of 800-4000 tons, and the diameter of the rotary table can reach 2.8 meters. It mainly serves the production scenes of automobile lampshades and through-through taillights.
This year, Tederic's sales of new products of multi-component and large two-board machines account for nearly 60%, and its shipments rank in the top three in the world. The choice of customers proves that Tederic has become the best choice for domestic injection molding equipment to replace imported high-end injection molding equipment.
NEO•E all-electric injection molding machine
In the injection molding industry, the optical guide has been known for its high molding difficulty and strict product requirements, its production needs both optical and precision double high requirements.
Through continuous optimization of product structure, the energy-saving effect of the Tederic medium motor is improved by 8%-15% compared with ordinary motors. NEO·E1080, a large motor, has been sold well at home and abroad, serving as a car lamp holder, face mask, large thick wall light guide, and other applications.
This year, thanks to the advantages of product technology, BYD, a leading enterprise of new energy vehicles, has reached strategic cooperation with Tederic and successively introduced 300 electric injection molding machines from Tederic to produce automotive optical guide parts.

Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress first prize
Tederic won the first prize in the China Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize in the Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress Award for two consecutive years.
In September this year, Tederic won the first prize in Science and Technology Progress of Zhejiang Province again with "Special Engineering Polymer High-Performance Injection Molding Technology and Equipment". Up to now, Tederic has formed 4 series of injection molding equipment with more than 100 specifications and won the first set of national major equipment.

Tederic 4.0 new headquarters building

The new headquarters building will produce 60-1,400 tons of electric injection molding machines, achieving an annual capacity of more than 3,000 sets and an annual output value of more than 1 billion yuan. In addition, Tederic will also build a park integrating multiple business forms, emphasizing human interaction and life, covering office buildings, business, hotels, exhibitions, culture, sports, residential, and other business forms, and can accommodate thousands of people to work and live here at the same time.

Tongxiang factory is the production capacity layout for Tederic to achieve the strategic goal of 5 years, the base will be built into an industrial base of efficient intelligent integrated molding equipment, to provide strong support for Tongxiang to build hundreds of billions of new energy vehicle high-end equipment industrial cluster!

Guangdong Tederic officially entered
In 2022, Tederic will steadily promote the strategic layout of the southern regional market. On November 11th, Guangdong Tederic Equipment Co., Ltd. officially entered Songhu Intelligent Industrial Park in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, aiming to build an industrial park integrating office, exhibition hall, model testing, and marketing.
05 Public welfare action
Tederic has always been committed to corporate social responsibility. This year, under the leadership of Qiantang District Federation of Trade Unions, Tederic and 28 charitable enterprises in the district donated RMB 640,000 to Litang County, Sichuan Province, to help Litang students "look up at the stars" and further implement the "Tangtang Cooperation". In the future, Tederic will continue to actively participate in social welfare activities and promote the volunteer spirit of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance, and progress.
